The NFL team wheel is a random team picker loaded with every team in the National Football League, so the first spin hands you a team without typing 32 names — for a pool, a game-day party or a franchise-mode challenge.

Which teams are on the wheel

All 32 NFL teams under their full names, checked against the team directory on NFL.com on 2 October 2026 — Washington as the Commanders, the name it has used since 2022, and the Raiders under Las Vegas. The list runs AFC first, then NFC, each conference in the order East, North, South, West, with four teams per division. Every team appears once, so each has a 1 in 32 chance — 3.13%.

Ways people use an NFL team wheel

• Office pool: switch on "Remove the winner" and spin once per entrant, so all 32 teams go to different people.
• Game-day party: each guest spins for the team they cheer for this week, whoever it plays.
• Video-game challenge: spin for the team you take into a franchise or season mode.
• Trivia round: spin, then name the team's quarterback, stadium or division rivals.
• Picking a team to follow: new to football? Let the wheel decide and give the team a season.

One conference, one division, or a favorite

Because the list is in conference order, narrowing it is one block of lines: the first 16 are the AFC and the last 16 the NFC, so deleting one leaves the other, each team at 6.25%. A division is four consecutive lines. There is no separate weights field — type a team twice and it counts as two entries: with one team on two lines out of 33, the result reports its real chance of 6.06%. A long name can be shortened on its sector; the result always shows it in full.

Getting all 32 teams back

Edits are saved in this browser for this page only, so the NFL wheel and the plain wheel keep separate lists. "Restore all" puts back the teams that "Remove the winner" took off, and "Restore the preset" replaces any edits with the original 32. Nothing is uploaded: a shared link carries the entries inside the link itself.
