Convert 08:56 to 12-hour AM/PM format

To convert 24-hour time (also known as Military Time) 08:56 to 12-hour time we need to do a few simple steps.

If the number of hours of our 24-hour time is greater than 12, we need to subtract 12 from it. Otherwise, if it less than or equal to 12 we just leave it as it is.
